I recently had a bad experience at prestige cleaners. I lost my ticket, and because of this, they could not locate my clothes.They typed my name wrong into the computer and there was no record of me having dropped off clothes under my phone number either. Not only that but I went in three times and left my phone number all three times, hoping that the owner would call me. The owner never called. I had to do my own detective work. On the day I dropped off my clothes a friend of mine had I also dropped off her clothes with me. I gave prestige cleaners my friends name. There was no record of her having dropped off clothes on that day either. Then I gave them my friends phone number. Not only did they find my clothes under my friends phone number but they had typed her name in wrong so if she had lost her ticket they would have not been able to locate her clothes either. This place completely sucks and I'm thinking about calling the Better Business Bureau. There is nothing prestigious at all about the customer service here.

Been going to Prestige for 15+ years. I moved to NH for 9 years are what a disappointment at the primary cleaners in town. Horrible. So glad to be back home with Prestige Cleaners. Always, excellent service at a fair price.

Great people and consistantly receive quality cleaning!

Absolutely awful. I had been going here for small cleanings for the past few yrs, dress shirts, etc. I brought in a pair of suede boots, picked them up and saw that they were completely destroyed. Discolored, and blotchy after being in decent condition when brought in. I was told it was mine and the manufacturers fault. The woman at the counter and over the phone phone proceeded to basically scream at me when I told her I should've been notified if they weren't going to be able to clean them before proceeding to ruin them. Wasn't given a call by the manager after being told I would, had to chase them down. Wasn't even offered a refund for the the payment of the cleaning. Atrocious, trashy, and unprofessional service.
