I currently live here and i ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! I can not wait till my lease is up! Rent was a set price but every month that i have been here its been more then what they said. 30.00 to 50.00 more! They barely fix anything. The washer and dryers hardly ever work! Just DO NOT DO IT!

LESS THAN 1 STAR. I applied for an apartment and they took $100 from me to hold it. Then I was told that I had to sign a lease for a year WITHOUT even seeing the place. So I kindly told them to refund my money and give the apartment to the next person in line....and they STOLE my money! They refused to refund my money for holding the apartment! DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Glad I never moved in.

Recently contacted the property and spoke to the leasing agent about a few concerns and rumors. Not only did she reassure me and give me facts to support her property and staff she definitely made me anxious for a tour and more like her friend than a future tenant. You should always talk to the source and not second hand folks. Definitely applying after the new year.

I have not moved in yet, I will in April... I LOVE ME SOME TONISHA......... THAT WOMAN KNOWS HER STUFF, SHE KNOWS HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, AND SHE IS VERY WISE ABOUT THINGS.. I WAS SCARED ABOUT THE RUMORS, AND SHE CLEARED UP ALL THAT.. WITH ME HAVING THE GIFT OF DISCERNMENT, I WENT TO THE PLACE, TO SEE WHAT VIBES I GOT, AND I DID NOT PICK UP NOTHING NEGATIVE.. ALL THESE COMMENTS, ARE OLD, AND WAS BEFORE THE NEW COMPANY TOOK OVER.. I BE GLAD WHEN THEY GET IT FENCED UP,, BUT IN THE MEANTIME,, I AM READY TO MOVE,, MY BROTHER, AND MY FOUR LEGGED BABIES..
