She is not reliable to solve your issues after she sold the properties to you, you will be on your own and will not get any assistance after she get her money from the properties she sold. I have a bad experience after I bought 2 properties from her in Toledo Ohio , 2 years ago 2017 for the amount of $47,000 and $35,000. Respectively . After she referred me to her friend Adam Sawaldi , I have not receive any money from the rent and I still have to fix the other property worth of $7000.00 damage. I ask her to sell the properties ASAP but she keep ignoring me , as I result I seek another help from other realtor and told me that the treatment she gave me is not acceptable in their business . So I warn you about dealing with Remona , she is very fast selling you the properties but when it come with you have issues she will leave you alone ... very frustrated
