Did a wonderful job bringing this beautiful skyscraper back to life. After 20 years of sitting vacant. One of the most beautiful buildings in the Toledo area. This building can be seen all the way to Ottawa County on SR. 51, Michigan, On Lake Erie, from Holland, Sylvania, Perrysburg, Maumee and beyond.

Had an issue with my heat this evening and text Jackie at 8:50 pm. She called me and walked me through the issue and we had it fixed within 2 minutes. She has always been amazing since I moved in April 2018!

Tower on the Maumee is the best place to live in the Greater Toledo area. It's ideally located right in the heart of downtown and within walking distance of Fifth Third Field, SeaGate Convention Center, Imagination Station, and many bars and restaurants. The building has amazing views of the surrounding area, including the Maumee River and Toledo's two beautiful bridges that go over it. Depending on the angle, you can even see Lake Erie and some of Michigan. The office staff are friendly and professional; they went above and beyond to welcome me to the Tower and helped make my transition moving from out-of-state as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

Moved from out of state into the Tower and have only been impressed. There is very much a community feel to the building, as socials are held frequently and allow for catching up as well as new residents to meet everyone. The residents are all very diverse and come from many different walks of life. As far as the units themselves, I don't know of any place that can match the quality of the Tower. The units are all brand new and luxurious.nSafety was a top priority of mine when apartment hunting. All the doors to enter the building are only opened by key fobs, there is a security guard in the lobby 24/7, and the elevators are also only accessible via key fob. The parking garage ($80/month) is connected to the building, so you won't have to worry about walking anywhere at night and you'll be shielded from the elements.nNew amenities are constantly being added to the building. Recently an outdoor grill area has been installed, there's a nice Asian fusion taco place, and a gym is currently being installed.nOverall it's been an amazing experience and I've met some great friends.

The Tower is the premier power house apartments downtown. I can honestly say that aside from having the best views in downtown Toledo, the staff (Paris and Tyler) are hands down the cornerstone of this establishment. I guarantee they will be very accommodating and put a smile on your face. I highly recommended checking them out if you are in the market for a new apartment. Thanks for all your help guys.
