Had a tour scheduled on Saturday. On the outside they looked really nice and it seemed like quiet community. The Guy that was in the office on Saturday wasted our time asking us for personal information we already gave in the first place when we scheduled the tour. The units looked a little run down for what they charge a month. It was a brief 5 minute conversation of him making us repeat ourselves. Unfortunately we didn’t even make it to the tour part but if he is any representation of the service we would receive as residents then no thanks, we’ll pass. It was a one star experience but I’ll give a couple more for a because the did look like nice apartments.

Katie is wonderful! Redwood is a very welcoming community and the homes are so nice! I can’t wait to get fully moved in and begin my fresh start in my new home.

Every time that I have had an issue (which isn't that often, I get a professional, courteous response. Usually any required repair services are done within the same day. Great place to live now that I am retired, I can always count on someone else to do work for me. The management is very pleasant and cares about me.

Great place to live in. Maintenance has been terrific every time I have needed anything.
