Most of the things are good here except the internet. The internet is provided by Bloom Broadband and the service is extremely unreliable. Randomly there will be an outage. In the last 30 days I have faced outages with no internet for at least 30 times. This is the worst thing here. Rest of facilities in this apartment are good. The property is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. The bad internet makes me rate it 3 / 5

I lived here for 2 years and the only reason I continued was because it was closest to work. It was by far the worst experience I've had as a tenant. The office staff are rude. The young lady sitting in the office who takes in maintenance requests and hands out packages is the rudest by far. My dryer never worked properly and every time I turned on my oven it would trip the fire alarm, before even completely pre-heating. I put a maintenance request several times and even went and spoke in the office and they were looking at me as if it's my fault. The apartments are built poorly but they weren't bad to live in. It was the people that made the experience terrible.

For the price we pay, I would say everything is great. The area is safe, the apartment is nice and spacious, heat and water is included. Our leasing agent Stephine was fantastic. The only small issue I had was with the internet, however wherever you go, internet will not be great because of all the connections competing against each other in a small area. The gym is nice to get a quick workout it gets the job done, don’t expect an apartment complex to have a gym like planet fitness.

Was looking for an apartment for my girl friend who just moved to this country and Tracy Creek really seemed ideal. Talked to someone in the office and she quoted me a price which was in line with their website. The next day my girl friend called to get some more info and the same person gave my girlfriend a much higher monthly price. I called the woman back to ask why she quoted my girlfriend a higher price, and she started making up excuse after excuse and began getting angry with me. She put me on hold forever so I finally hung up and called her back. I finally told her that she was taking advantage of my girl friend who was not from this country, and then she got very angry and hung up on me. So tenants beware, the management here lacks professionalism and integrity. What should have been a exciting experience turned into a nightmare.
