Store is awesome like all ace hardware stores are. But the people here are just really helpful, patient, and overall a pleasant experience to shop at if you happen to need help.
They are friendly and helpful enough but on three occasions I have called ahead to see if they had something in stock they assured me they did and when I get there they don't. People drive a long way based on misinformation and this is a totally unacceptable way to run a business.
5 stars for Bristol Ace Hardware. Plenty of stuff to choose from and they have reliable and friendly workers!
Very helpful staff!!!!!. All of them are very nice and polite. We need more courteous staff like everywhere.
