My children love to visit Toledo Zoo: great aquarium, train ride, and primate animals. The science museum is inside the zoo and has a lot of hand on to offer to children. There is a new playground next to the museum of science in the zoo. This place is my three year old heaven!nnThe food are allow to bringing in from outside. Great idea for picnic and visiting the zoo at the same time.

The new exhibits at the museum are fantastic! There is a great mix of realistic historical reenactments and arthropods and reptiles in a replication of their natural habitats. The tropical forest with butterflies and frogs made you feel like you were actually in the tropics.
This is a classic!! They have done a great job giving you the feeling that you are stepping into a 1920's style wild safari museum! The architecture is top notch! The exhibition of items is great and I highly recommend you visit the fossil/taxidermy room on the top floor in the corner!
We love the remodel. Feels like the same beautiful, same layout and nostalgic charm but such impressively new and insightful exhibits. We love the rainforest area and venomous snakes.
