I live down the street from this car wash and have used it often. Performs perfectly every time. It doesn't have a belt so you have to inch your car forward while driving through. I thought it was very easy to understand the instructions but after watching my wife go through it and reading these reviews, apparently inching a car and stopping when the light says to stop of very difficult for people. My car was spotless every time and feel that these bad reviews are user error.
Terrible. Waste of $9.00. The car wash merely spit soap and water at my car; then, the scrubbers in the car wash never even turned on, and the instructions repeatedly had me drive backwards and forwards over and over. The fan never turned on either. Then it was over. I drove out with my car entirely covered in soap. No working phone number for customers or anything. Absolute scam.
The machine took my money but the carwash never started up! There were people behind me so I had to pull through without getting my car washed! No one there to help and the telephone number online is incorrect. No answer or response through the facebook account either. Not a happy camper and will not be going back.
Paid $20 for the ultimate wash but ended up with a soapy wet car and a bent license plate..DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE!!
I paid for a $16 car wash and it was less than 2 minutes. Seriously, I played a song on my phone 3 minutes long and it didn’t even get to halfway through the song before the wash was done. It didn’t clean my car as well as I hoped either.nnI came once before for a quick wash to get the salt off my car, and as soon as I pulled out of the dryer, 4 pigeons made a mess of my car.
