Had full set done with gel polish cost $50 which is crazy then nails broke within a weeks time - at least 5 nails broke doing regular activities. My normal salon is still closed due to COVID-19. I have been having my nails done for past 8 years and never had this happen.

I didn’t have the best first experience here but yesterday’s was very pleasant! The first time a young woman seated me and had me put my hands in some wax. After that, she sat me back at the table when two other teenagers walked in, asking for a wax. She hoped up eagerly and took them to the back room, leaving me waiting. After 10 minutes of sitting there, all of my friends had been moved to the dryer and I still sat there. Finally the manager looked over and ran to my table, apologizing and finishing up my manicure. The polish stayed on for weeks and other than the miscommunication, the service was great! Yesterday I needed a manicure so I went with some friends. They were very busy Andy told us to take a seat when we were done picking out our colors. One by one people finished up and one by one took us to a table. The lady that did my nails was very good! She was gentle and smooth and my nails looks amazing today. Everyone there was so nice and when my friend chipped her nail, she asked for a fix and they did it very quickly. Overall, I was a little nervous to go again after my first experience but I’m glad I did!

I’ve used many nail salons over the years and this is by far my favorite. They are clean, friendly, and fast. My nails last much longer than the did in the past at other salons. I highly recommend them!

I went in to re-do a broken acrylic two days ago. I was given a UV replacement, despite asking for a regular gel replacement repeatedly, promising it would not break, chip or separate from my nail bed. During the fill I repeatedly had to ask for all the old fill to be removed, and not with the electric file as I was worried it would cut into my natural bed, and it hurt. The guy threw down his file, swore in his language and ranted on angrily as he threw things around to find the acrylic tips. He wanted to use a different method with a guide but it hurt really bad when he put it in my nailbed (he had cut into it). He handled my hand roughly thereafter and made no eye contact. After the fill I spoke to the manager, who apologized, and charged me the full price of $25 for one finger of UV which I didn’t ask for to begin with. So I was refused the service asked for, and up charged. Now, after two days the same exact nail broke off. Unprofessional and a total rip off. Would not reccomend.
