I highly recommend TJ Zimmerman from the Carlin Co. He does a phenomenal job with the purchasing or selling of homes. He's very knowledgeable and the only person I'll use if I need to buy or sell a house.

I recently contacted Tim Carlin to help me with my fathers estate. I live in Bloomington Indiana, I knew I would need someone I could depend on to help me. Tim and his team were wonderful, I could not have handled all that goes into an auction of house contents and then the sale of the house without them. The Carlin Co has been unbelievably rude to me from the time I started doing business with them. They will do anything to ensure they collect as much money for themselves as they can, and have bullied me with threats of lawsuit and going to my employer in an attempt to get me fired. I recommend using any other agent, do not use Carlin Co.
