Greg was amazing when I had some questions and concerns regarding some real estate lingo and processes. He spoke to me on the phone to provide insight and explanation so well. Greg did a fantastic job with handling and helping us get our home ready and in the market. We live out of state and the home was being rented. The tenant lost her job due to COVID and decided to move. Greg helped us find the people necessary to prep the house so we would get the best price. The house was prepped and ready for market in a short time.nThe presentation that he put together was so impressive. We had an offer after the first day of showings.nGreg kept us well informed as the inspection, appraisal and closing kept moving. He definitely didn’t sit and wait for things to happen.
