Many thanks to the owner Ron who went extra miles to help ship the thresholds that I ordered the same day out of a super busy order processing time. This meant a lot to me as I am under a demanding timeline and the time of receiving the thresholds would make a huge difference in terms of when my project gets taken care of. I appreciate that Ron is not only providing a great online store to the customers with easy product navigation and simple check out process, but also he is considerate of customers' situation and going above and beyond to help them. I am sure his kindness on top of his well-run business practice will bring him continued success. And he well derserves it!

I cannot say enough kind words about the folks at Hartford Building Products. We ordered a threshold from them during the COVID Crisis . They shipped it the same day. Then UPS lost it... twice. So HBP sent me another... which UPS again lost. During this time UPS had ZERO live customer service. I spoke with Ron and Melissa throughout this time they were nothing but wonderful helping me get my order. Eventually UPS delivered both the lost thresholds, one of which they damaged. Despite the disaster that is currently UPS ( I cannot completely blame them), HBP was amazing. probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with.
