A great place to learn local history. Took the family to the Maple Sugar Festival & Pancake Breakfast and had a nice time getting out of the house on a sunny afternoon.nnKeep in mind the walking paths here are not paved so bring an extra set of shoes if it has been raining. Beautiful day for a visit. My husband was happy to see his grandfather's steam engine is still at the saw mill. It's no longer running, needs a lot of TLC ,but at least it's still there. ud83dude0a. It was nice to see the exhibits. There were even a few Oxen out.
I absolutely love all the old buildings! Everyone that we came into contact with was knowledgeable. I loved hearing the history of the many houses they had placed on the farm!
A wonderful place to explore. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back there again
Hale Farm puts on several really fun events throughout the year! You always learn something new while you're enjoying the beautiful setting.
