It was a pleasure working with Eric. Hands down local knowledge and research abled my wife and I to find the house we wanted. In this market you have to be ready within minutes to submit offers and he was always ahead of the game. From selling to buying it was always very informative and interesting. The eye catching and often humorous descriptions from the selling standpoint were great! I will always know an Eric Cooper listing just by reading the listing and never looking at the agent!

Eric and his wife are both phenomenal realtors! Prior to listing, they helped me develop a to-do list to maximize the value of my property. During this process, they were always available to answer questions and even help provide popular color and style choices in certain areas when requested. We had a hiccup with the first buyer, but Eric worked his magic and got us back under contract immediately with a new buyer, without even going through showings!nAfter inspections, Eric went as far as helping me locate and schedule appropriate professionals to make repairs. All the hard work was done before I knew it.nI highly recommend reaching out to Eric if you are buying or selling a house. I absolutely will work with them again if the opportunity arises.

Eric is a true top-notch, no nonsense, all-around FANTASTIC guy and real estate agent. I wish I could give him 100 stars! We came to Eric in a panic and with a really tight timeline to sell our first home after we had purchased another house before we even thought about putting our first home on the market. He was eager to help and provided us with the education and resources we needed for a super quick sale. He not only helped to get it on the market within a week, he wrote a stellar listing with awesome photographs and he quickly got us connected with the right people for necessary repairs and inspections. He did all that while calmly coping with our anxiety and constant phone calls and somehow managed to make the situation fun! He was patient, professional, dedicated and always treated us as if we were his only client. And as if all that wasn’t enough, what we truly valued most was that he was honest and always kept his word.
