I use to love these apartments. But lately it has went down. I would not recommend these apartments. The walls are so thin you can hear everything, i live on the first floor and my neighbors wash clothes at 3-4am and you can hear EVERYTHING, regardless of me calling main office and complaining and asking neighbors to stop still hear it atleast 4 times a week. Not worth the 950 i pay a month.

So far the move is going great! We’ve not quite been here a month, but Debra in the leasing office is amazing, and the apartment was very clean when we moved in, which we of course appreciate. The location is great too! I could see how noise complaints could be an issue, but our unit stays quiet all day and night—I think it’s very dependent upon your neighbors.

Really enjoy living here, I feel very safe and the location is perfect with quick access to 77. Our building is very clean and we are rarely bothered by neighbors. Staff is very nice and maintenance is always done quickly.

very quiet , and extremely safe here . the neighbors are always friendly here. they have a swimming pool which is always kept clean . they also have a small work out room . the prices are a little much , with them constantly raising rent every year for existing tenants that have always paid rent on time which isn't quite ideal because I feel like there should be an incentive for being a good tenant . other than that though it's a really nice place !

Lived here for 4.5 years and had a great experience. Management was friendly and helped anytime I had a question. Maintenance was always done promptly and they even sent someone out to let me into my apartment when I flew into the country late at night and couldn't find my keys. They also do a great job with plowing in the winter. Moved out recently (left the state) and didn't have any surprises. I would live here again without hesitation.
