Awsome place. I go every 2 weeks to get my hair cut. This is the only place Ive found who can fade the right way
For 3 DAYS I have gone in here to get a haircut! For 3 DAYS the girl working has been sitting talking on her cell phone with NO CUSTOMERS AND NO MASK! For 3 DAYS she has told me she doesn’t have time! I have gone in around 11 each day only to be told she doesn’t have time ALL DAY! Not sure what it takes to get your haircut here. BUT GOOD LUCK! They need to hire someone that actually WANTS TO WORK!
HORRIBLE! Worst haircut ever. This store need to shut down! They can’t keep stylist. The one they have now is ALWAYS high and can’t even do a straight across trim! She was very rude and disrespectful and didn’t care about me or what I wanted! Had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. It was a 4 inch difference from one side to the other. Called to get a refund and was told they couldn’t do a refund!
Went in today to get a haircut and left! The girl working was talking on her cell phone sitting in a chair watching customers look at products. She was very rude and said she didn’t have time to talk to me or cut my hair. NO ONE in the store had a mask on NOT EVEN the stylist that was working. Her appearance was also very poor. She was dressed like she was fixing to go to bed and her hair was a mess. If someone is going to do hair they need to dress professional and not in sweatpants and have their hair look nice. She should have been talking to customers in the store and making everyone feel welcome instead of making them feel like they are a burden to her.
I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I just don’t want anyone else making my mistake and going here to get hair done.....nThey Had to read instructions on giving a perm! Not that encouraging at all! Over done the product in my hair leaving it damaged and falling out!! Not professional at all very rude!
