STOLE MY BANK CARD NUMBER! I called for a ride to Ravenna from alliance they charged me 90$ then didn’t show up. I called the dispatcher told me the car wrecked and they were sending someone else. No one came again. I called and tried one more time another no show. They would not refund my card and now I’ve had to contact my bank and also make a police report due to other charges they have made to my card. Their phone number also goes straight to voicemail. DO NOT USE !

Best ride I've ever had. My driver Dee, was beyond awesome. I have been using Ubers up until now, but definitely will be using this cab service alot more in the future.

they’re always late and never on time, even when you schedule ahead of time. one time i waited 45 minutes for a ride i scheduled 6 hours in advance. i recently requested a ride 4 hours in advance and they never even showed up, after an hour of waiting i had to call someone else to pick me up, i was late for an appointment by 1 1/2. i don’t really recommend you use them, plus they charge more then lyft and uber.

Very rude individual who came to pick us up but then wouldn't take us anywhere because he wanted payment right then, and we were asking him to take us to the bank... So we got out and he made us miss the bank!!!nnREPLY TO CAB SERVICE... YOU MUST BE SPEAKING ON SOMEBODY ELSE BECAUSE I HAD JUST OPENED THAT ACCOUNT AND DIDNT HAVE A CARD TO DECLINE. THAT'S THE WHOLE REASON THAT WE WERE TRYING TO GET TO THE BANK BEFORE IT CLOSED... WOW! AND ALSO THE DRIVER WAS MALE, NOT FEMALE! SO GET YOUR REVIEWS STRAIGHT!

Blew me completely off trying to get to downtown Canton to meet a friend for lunch...I was only in Belden Village...they likely chase the longer trips and bigger fares....Plus dispatch is rude...try other cab companies...Now you Lie and say I was intoxicated! What is wrong with you...I never called your service intoxicated and instead of trying to remedy the situation you attack me out of a lie! Disgusting
