I’ve lived here for a little over a month, and so far so good. The management is so helpful with anything I have needed. Absolutely love how reserved the location is. Prices are affordable too! Love it here.

Its cheap and cozy here, they work with you on rent and such. Overall I've loved it here since I've moved in and would like to renew my lease after its up. ❤

I've lived in Fernwood Apartments for a little over a year and have had a wonderful experience! The property managers are open to communication and are attentive to all of our needs. Love love love the location too! Quiet, cozy, and well maintained. Very happy here.

I have lived at Fernwood for a few years now, and have never had any problems. I love the location where you are close to town but have privacy and quite when at home. The land managers have always gone above and beyond to be available and fix any issue that I may have had. Never had any problems with neighbors, nice parking spaces close to your apartment, as well as patio. I have and will continue to recommended these apartments to everyone!

Love living here. Never had any problems and the landlords are amazing!! The place was spotless when I moved in. It’s a great place to live and the neighbors are great.
