Showed up a little close to closing time with dinner for my family and placed a pretty big order, all of it was exactly right and came out really fast! Thank you to the essential workers here at Taco Bell not being talked about.

This location in Dry Ridge, KY should not call themselves ‘fast food’. Their dining room is closed due to Covid19 but I don’t think they are fully staffed to accommodate the drive thru. I pulled into the parking lot at 5:04pm. There were about 15 cars ahead of me. I placed my order for a $5 chicken finger box and a chicken quesadilla. I requested honey mustard dipping sauce for the chicken. There was no dipping sauce and no mild sauce for the quesadilla. I drove away from the drive thru window at 5:27pm. That was 23 minutes waiting time for my food. This is unexplainable and will not return to this restaurant until they get their act together. That means more employees that can fill the orders in a timely fashion.

Went through the line and wanted the new $30 fill up and they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have enough chicken. Like what do you mean. Tried to push me on the original because they were obviously not wanting to drop the crispy. Needless to say 40 min wait. And alot of attitudes.
