Friday, June 19th... off to meet a friend for breakfast for the first time in months. Flat tire! My friend come out to help but we were able to loosen only two lug nuts as we began stripping the nuts along with two wrenches. Along comes Patrolman Jacob Dickerson who looks like he could remove the lugs without a wrench. He has a more durable handle and gets to work insisting on doing the job himself. I am indebted and, as always, grateful for the Ohio Highway Patrol. Over the course of nearly a half century of driving, I have been stopped a few times by the OHP and without exception have found them courteous, helpful, professional and always looking out for the interests of the motorist. Thank you. My prayers are with you guys.
