I love my apartment at University Hills! It is a great price and pet friendly. I especially love the dog park they have so my dog can run out all of her crazy energy. It is a great location (only a 5 min walk to campus) and I feel very safe in my apartment. Overall, a great place for college students.

I have a friend who lives in the 4 bedroom unit and I’m always there. The units are huge tons of space and storage. I love the walk in closet. Amenities could be better, but there is a lot of parking. Good place to live near campus.

My daughter signed a lease here recently and I am really glad she decided on University Hills. We toured many apartment complexes and some were really nice, but University Hills stood out to me because of how secure it felt and the staff was very engaging. The girl who took us on a tour was awesome and the managers were so nice and helpful. I feel a little more comfortable with my daughter moving away knowing she will be staying there.

UHills is the best apartment complex around. The units are clean and well maintained. The office and maintenance staff are friendly and always helpful. I love that they are pet friendly without breed or weight restrictions. It's hard to find an apartment that doesn't have weight restrictions. They even have a dog park for my pet to get some exercise in.

Very nice for my first apartment! It is affordable and only a short walking distance to the school. The staff is super nice as well!
