This is a great place to live! The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and very nice looking. Would definitely recommend living here!

Beautiful apartments and friendly staff! The leasing team promptly responds to any questions. Maintenance team is reasonably fast even during the holidays Will definitely be renewing my lease!

The staff itself has been quite amazing so far since I've been living here. Always friendly and helpful if you ever have any questions. The four person buildings on top of the office are great. The apartments are always in great shape and look great as well. This is the place to go for a nice and close to campus location. You can't beat their prices as well.

Great prices, nice accommodations, caring service from Maintenance and Leasing Teams. Safe community. Great location to many conveniences as well as close to University of Toledo. Warm, friendly team. Like family.
