We worked with Suzanne Heron and she was such a pleasure to work with. We didn’t know the area since we just moved up from Florida and she pointed us in the right directions as far as which neighborhoods were good and which were not. She is very knowledgeable about the properties around here. She was aware of homes that had been cheaply flipped or homes that had issues we may not have been able to spot. Other than her being an awesome resource she was super friendly and professional. I highly recommend Suzanne at Danberry Realtors if you are looking for a home!

Absolutely terrible. Danberry is a parent company to Integrity Title which we were told we needed to use for the sale of our property. First, the paperwork delivered for us to sign was wrong, even the wrong parties. The 2nd attempt the calculations were still incorrect so my wife and I did not sign and informed Integrity of the inaccuracies. Then Danberry may a feeble attempt to SUE me and my wife for refusing to sign the sale agreement. WHY WOULD WE HAVE OUR PROPERTY FOR SALE.IAND THEN REFUSE TO SIGN PAPERWORK?!?! It cost us $1k in lawyer fees to clear this stupid mess up. Integrity and lawsuit were both dropped. Even our lawyer said, although legal, seems like a conflict for Danberry to have their own title company. Either way Integrity is terrible a and unprofessional at best. If you use Danberry REFUSE INTEGRITY TITLE! Never even got an apology.

Danberry's reator, Lisa Schubargo, was especially helpful with staging our home to broaden its appeal, and with resolving square footage and property tax issues. The Danberry web site was one of the few that made it easy for prospects to include homes over the Michigan border in their search criteria, and the web site Valerie created is especially attractive and informative.
