Horrible Slum-Lord! My disabled parents made the mistake of renting from him, even though the entire house was at an angle. During that time, they've dealt with leaks from the upstairs toilet, a toilet that barely flushes, both porches are weak and ready to cave in, and he always wanted the cheapest possible Band-Aid to cover it rather than fix it. The house is completely unsafe. His repair men would be in the yard, or in the house with no warning or notice, just walk right in (so much for privacy!) Then, when they had to move to a place that's handicap accessible, he filed an eviction notice after they already gave their notice of moving, just to be vindictive. He is an ancient realitor with no morals or respect for others. Maybe he's just too old to have a heart, but personally I see him as an insect that crawls around in the dark looking for innocent people to feed on.

SLUM LORD! BEWARE! It's not even just that he's a bad landlord, he's also a horrible excuse for a human! He rents places that are falling apart to people in need, never fixes anything, and treats people like garbage. The owner, marshall bellman, needs charges filed! Currently talking to multiple of his old tenants about a class action suit now. Bottom line: be cautious and CHECK PROPERTY DILLEGENTLY BEFORE EVER CONSIDERING RENTING FROM THIS PIG!
