My agent was William B.. This agent lied to me repeatedly about me not being able to get things repaired (roof). Said he wouldn’t share my inspection report with other agent because I paid for it (he shared it). Told me I should be Grateful that I’m getting extra that the seller didn’t take out the house. Electrical inspection done $5000 + to repair and was told that only $500 by agent for just a fuse box that’s incorrectly hooked up. The list goes on and on. Now they took William off my case and gave me Ted (the bully). Finally got in writing that the roof and electrical work will be done and Ted pops up and things are scratched out and hand written changes. $5000 off the house and take it as is. I have proof of everything. Text, emails and documents. Sounds like I should get legal advice.nLater this day Ted happened to be very helpful at getting things done and the deal made. Soon I may be a home owner.
