Andy in the paint department was AWESOME!! We had the little with us and she was picking out her bedroom paint color and curious about how it worked, he demonstrated with so much patience! Awesome experience thank you so much Andy for the orchid paint!
New employees have to learn but you shouldn't leave a 2 week old employee in department alone. And new systems at checkout are good but again it took me 25 minutes to sign up for credit and checkout when told it would be a minute. Frustrated.
Excellent service from i believe his name is Nathan and hers is Amber. Helped me find trashbags and greeted me before I even got to the register .nNathan is as sweetheart ! Both pleasant and helpful!
For how big that store is they never seem to have exactly what I need. Sometimes. But not usually.. and the staff take it in stride tho and will recommend a different store that might have what I need.
Here's my take on big box home improvement stores: if the staff is well trained (this location is good on that) then it's a pleasant experience. As far as selection. Lowes has a little bit of everything a home might need. Great for tools or paint but a limited selection of big ticket items. I would however highly recommend the cabinet design department. I purchased cabinets through this location and the experience was wonderful. I went elsewhere for countertops, sinks, fixtures and appliances.
