Terrible... I have supported Jim at Colony Hardware for over 40 years, and today was accused of trying to steal pvc fittings costing less than $5. I was very disappointed ud83dude1e. JIM asked me to empty my pockets and I complied. After showing him I had nothing, I still purchased the items that I had gone to Colony hardware to purchase. Unfortunately the fittings were off size from what I needed and so I went to Home Depot and had my wife return the parts I could not use to Colony Hardware. I am totally saddened that l was received as I was today and had such a negative experience...
They are very helpful when ever I need help.
I love this hardware store. The two older men that run it are super sweet and airways so eager to help
