We had a great experience working with Maxwell Rady! Selling and Buying a home seemed very daunting & stressful, but he was able to make the process seamless. My husband and I work different schedules and have a little one, so spare time was hard to find, but Maxwell was always available when we needed him. Max Rady took time to learn exactly what we were seeking in an investment property before we scheduled any showings & became well versed in the things to look for in order to get maximum ROI. When we found a house not even on the market yet, he got us a viewing right away & we were able to draft an offer that evening & closed on the house 30 days later - it was smooth as silk! Max's prompt execution of all document signings & communication with the seller's team lent to an overall great experience! When I'm ready to sell my primary home, he's my man.
