I am 100% confident that Matt helped get us the best deal.nnAt one point, the seller on a house we ended up not ultimately buying offered Matt a higher commission percentage if he closed us at a certain price. A tempting offer to anyone. Matt instead asked the seller to deduct what the commission increase would have been from the price that we would pay. It was more important to Matt to get us a better deal than to cash a bigger check.nnMatt is a true real estate professional and has been our advocate from day one.
