Worst decision ever in the winter they never plow and when my garage burnt down it took them a year to rebuild it and never gave us compensation for the storage garage. I would give it a zero but that’s not possible.

Am in love with this place. Starting with Antineisha and Brandi, they are very professional and very tolerate, helpful and welcoming. The office is very clean. The maintenance team is amazing, those people are professional in helping with any problem or issue. The garage is spacious to fit the car easily and some storage. This place is worth the money you pay.

I absolutely love it here, staff is really kind and caring; manager, assistant manager and maintenance are professional and efficient, when I first applied I worked most with (assistant manager)Brandi on application process and she was absolutely AMAZING, hard working, empathetic and patient. My daughter and I are very happy here, it’s spacious, nicely set up, friendly and quiet, would definitely recommend!

Only been here a few short months and me and my family love it!!! It’s so cozy and it Fits me and my family perfect!! So much storage space (every corner you turn) and very clean and well maintained!! My kids love it here, and it’s a very safe area! Excellent school district with bus transportation!! The office manager is great! If she sees it and doesn’t like it she will have her crew take care of it!! The crew stays on top of things!! Can’t wait till spring/summer time to see if my kids make any friends while playing outside!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for something nice for a fair Living cost!! Moving out of Cleveland and moving into the Timberlake Townhomes was the best decision I have made for me and my family!!
