We have lived at Redwood Avon for nearly four years. Shauna is an excellent neighborhood manager. She is very responsive and professional, but she also brings a personal touch in each experience we’ve had with her. Jim takes especially good care of the grounds and handles any maintenance request in a timely and professional manner. Each interaction with him is friendly and he always goes out of his way to provide us with the best service possible. They both work hard to make sure the neighborhood is safe and clean. They also instill a sense of community. They have provided breakfast on the go, hot dog Saturday, mugs, and gift bags for a some of the holidays! I would highly recommend Redwood Avon to anyone interested in a friendly and professionally run neighborhood.

Jim fixed both toilets efficiently. I’ve lived here a little over a year and he has helped me out on several occasions.

Jim always answers our requests for maintenance very quickly. He is very courteous and efficient. He is so knowledgeable in home maintenance. It is the main reason why we are here, we just do not want to have to worry about these issues. Now, we don't.nWe are living the dream. thanks, Karen Letizia
