I just closed on my 1st house today. I worked with Teresa Kaurich and my experience (minus the stress of the loan process) was AMAZING! I told her what I wanted, and a few days later out of the 1st batch, we had a winner. She found EXACTLY what I was looking for. She was also very patient with all my questions, and kept me informed the whole time! If you're looking for a realtor that CARES about their clients. DEFINITELY go with Teresa!!
