Made reservations months in advance. Called day of on my own to confirm time. They called us 1:15 minutes to cancel on us. We were already on our way. Never again. Don’t waste your time. Shop local.

This place is awesome!!! I had the absolute best therapeutic massage ever. Hayley is amazing!!! I'm a bigger girl and Hayley absolutely got into every tight spot of my back and shoulders. Definitely ask for her! The staff are great, the facilities are nice, and the steam room is awesome. I highly recommend this spa!!!

I have a friend who gifted me a massage here. When finished I put a tip on the bed and walked back to the locker room to get dressed. Well, I’m not sure what happened to the money, if it was over looked or wrapped in the laundry, but I got a call from my friend who was clearly upset I didn’t tip the masseuse. Said that his host told him I didn’t. I would just like to point out, even for people who DONT tip, how tacky is it you go around and tell everyone in the hotel about it. I will never be back. Being a person in the service industry I would NEVER mention tips to anyone. Tips are just that. TIPS. and if someone who let’s say, splurges and spends their last dime to indulge in a massage, but doesn’t have the extra cash on hand to tip, should they be made a fool of? I’m very disappointed in this. (Like I said there was a tip left, whatever happened to it I have no idea) but that’s not my problem. And now I’m glad she didn’t find it. I feel humiliated. My friend who plays there all the time (who gave me the massage) I’m sure is humiliated too. Very disappointed.

We take advantage of Beleza Spa every time we are here. Whether you want a Mani pedi , your hair cut and styled or a massage, it can be had here. The Spa also has sunken whirlpool tubs, steam rooms and dry heat saunas available including showers, lockers and more. The Spa is equipped with quality Pedicure chairs. My monthly Pedicure is very relaxing. I highly recommend Beleza Spa.
