This was my first time purchasing a home and I was a bit nervous. Chris walked me though the whole process and took all the weight off of my shoulders. From the second the home buying process started, Chris and his assistant Carissa were on top of it. They kept me updated every day and answered any question I threw at them. I felt very comfortable around the team and they were always looking in my best interest. I will definitely be using Hallum Homes again in the future!!

As first time home buyers, we had many questions. Chris not only answered our questions but also educated us on the house buying process. We had a difficult closing experience (due to the seller) but we always felt confident that Chris was advocating in our best interest, and he was in communication with our lender, title company, and selling agent. Overall, Chris provided us with a great first time home buying experience and I would recommend him to my friends and family.

It was a pleasure working with Chris and his team. My wife and I were first time home buyers, so we came in with a lot of questions, and Chris happy walked us through any question we threw at him. Scheduling showings was a breeze, we communicated primarily through email with his team, and he was very flexible. We even had a few same day or next day showings, which was important both because of the current housing market, as well as our busy schedules. We were looking for a fixer-upper property we could put some sweat equity into, and Chris was very helpful with that. He has experience investing in and renovating homes, so he had lots of good insight as to the potential in houses. He also has an extensive list of trusted contractors and suppliers, which is a great resource to have!

Colin was awesome! Was new to the area and randomly came across these guys. Colin was able to meet per my schedule and set everything up perfectly. Was a great experience from beginning to end. Would highly reccomend.
