We made a great choice when we chose Kelly Parker to sell our house, our only real estate transaction in 30 years. Our first meeting was exploratory but Kelly put us at ease with her professionalism and market knowledge. She knew what buyers were looking for in our area and issues worth addressing in our house. After professional photos and a video, including drone footage, the listing was exceptional. There were more than 10 appointments scheduled within the first 24 hours with multiple offers resulting. Because we were out of state, Kelly worked with us remotely, handled inspections, a remedy, a failed closing, re-listing and final closing. We would highly recommend Kelly Parker for your real estate needs.

I like to say that Kelly Parker is a perfectionist, professional, caring, and a great salesman, but I would be selling her short. She took over our listing after we had been listed for nine months with another agent, and we had about 15 Showings, and not a single offer . She put up a sign , changed something in the MLS listing, and the house sold in under a week. Then after that she jumped through hoops to get the closing done. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction that you have. Her and her team at HEar realty Newark were fantastic.
