If you are looking for something a little different to do then a trip the The Heisy Glass Museum might be the thing. There's so many gorgeous and varied types of glass items to look at. There's lots to learn about the history of Heisy glass and the art of glass making.nThe staff there have always been friendly and informative. Never pushy or snotty.nThe price of admission is beyond reasonable. Go see for yourself.
My children, aged 13 to 8, were absolutely fascinated as our guide Sheryl did an amazing job of captivating their attention, explaining the different patterns, colors, and styles that developed through each era. My children are all now Heisey glass fans and made me promise that we could come back!
