Went above and beyond to help me with a new zero turn that I had shipped to the store. It was busted and the managers got it fixed using the warranty I had bought with it. Of course the warranty people tried wiggle their way out of having to pay to get it fixed and the managers took care of that also. I am impressed as you don't see this kind of help anymore or very rarely. I shall be doing more shopping here from now on.

This store has great customer service, very clean, and a nice selection.
Workers are helpful. Selection of products is good. I was irritated when I was willing to buy a whole flat of nearly dead pepper plants and the still wanted $.97 a piece for them and when I asked, they refused to go any lower.
They always have just what I need. Don’t mind the drive from Wintersville either. Great store and always clean and orderly.nEmployees are very friendly and helpful!
