Mark and Patti we’re very caring and compassionate of my mom’s feelings. She had lived in the house that her and my dad had built for 46 years. This was not an easy thing for her to do . They always had a smile on their face and responded promptly when we had questions or problems . Within days of listing the house they got full asking price. They attended the home inspection, walk-through and appraisal personally. They are very professional and honest to deal with. We interviewed several different real estate companies. We immediately knew they were who we needed. We were very comfortable with Mark and Patti. They realized this was a very emotional sale and had moms interest at heart. We purchased our home from Mark and Patti nearly 17 years ago but I still recall the world class treatment. As a new homeowner I remember asking what I felt to be way to many questions but they encouraged them. My wife and I were shown several houses at all times of the day (and night). They were incredibly patient and insightful. The home they helped us choose was perfect. Honestly, they helped us start our life. Thanks again to both of you. Will never forget it.
