Ann and Rick helped us purchase our very first home and made it such a smooth and easy process. Being first time home owners we did not know what to expect. These two helped us throughout the entire process and are extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. We would in a heartbeat recommend them to anyone buying or selling their home. They were both so pleasant to work with and friendly. We were always kept up to date during the entire process. These two were there for us throughout the home looking process all the way past home inspection and even checked up on us after we moved in- they always went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend Ann and Rick when buying or selling a home. I was looking for a house and found one I liked. For Sale by owner, I called Ann and asked if she could help me out. She said no problem. She and Rick worked with the sellers and myself and made the process smooth and easy. If anyone asks me about a realtor, I am sending them their way!
