Fun place always find a tool I didn't know I needed
Helpful staff... Darrell the manager very kindly helped carry and load ramps into my truck for me!!! So kind and helpful
We will never shop at a Harbor Freight again! Because of the sales ad we went over to pick up tarps for 99 cents and a couple of other ad items. Tarps were out of stock and we bought a saber saw and an air compressor and several other items for some work we are doing on our home. We had coupons and informed the checkout person but she told us to hold on! Too busy asking if we wanted warranties I guess and we had a lot of items so I it took a while. Spent $141.67 on 10/10/20. Went home and realized she never credited the coupons. Went back on 10/16 with the saw, never opened, and asked for the credit. She gave us a credit for $5.01 and an $11.00 RESTOCKING CHARGE! The items had never left the car or been opened at all!!! We didn’t return the items just wanted the advertised sale price credited to us!!! Telling everyone we know about this and will put it in FaceBook to make sure no one else gets screwed like this! They also didn’t have the tarps on the second visit. Also it’s a 25 minute drive we made twice in a week for this BS! NEVER AGAIN!!!!
