Went to Middlefield store after work tonight. Wanted to buy fencing, feed , wood chips ect. Ask were welded fencing was kept told by 2 employees it was in the outside yard. Told casher I was leaving the flatbed cart with my feed and chips by her to get the welded fence. I walked all the way across the parking lot to the outside yard only to find it locked. I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to me to go back inside so that lost the sale. I will not go there for any future sales.
Loading docks are insanely hard to get into, seems to not have been designed for modern 53 foot trailers.
Vendor delivery- no room in lot. Unloading zone is basically the roadway through the plaza. Manager left after call ahead with eta. No one on shift was able to receive when I got there exactly when eta was stated. Was told I'd have to wait over an hour. Unloaded half of order by hand. After 40 mins someone came out with the lift to finish.
Danielle was awesome to deal with. She found my part at a different store that said they didn’t have it, called them directly, and had it set aside for me. She really helped me out!
The employees at the Middlefield,Ohio store are so rude and uncaring. You will have to wait until they feel like waiting on you. Sad that they do not enforce the mandatory Ohio mask law. They really don't care. Very unsafe store!
