Overall, not a bad place to live. As others have said, snow removal is not great. If you work first shift, you might be fine, but good luck if you work nights. They basically come in one time after every big snow storm. Maintenance is pretty helpful, and I’ve never had any other issues. I’ve been here for about 6 months and for the most part it is pretty quiet. One thing that drives me nuts is the mailbox setup. There is no easy way to get your mail without having to turn around in someone’s parking spot, unless you want to drive around the entire apartment complex (depending on where you live). As far as pricing, it is pretty comparable to most places in the area. The apartments are a little outdated, but are still decent. Utilities are reasonable as well. Pet rent is cheap compared to most places!

As a senior citizen who has lived here over 5 years, I have been very pleased with the service by the maintenance team and the office. Any problems have been quickly taken care of by friendly staff. I feel safe here and enjoy my apartment, and hope to make this my home for many years to come.

I have always had a difficult time turning into the last entrance. There is no lighting like there is at the front entrance. I think for the safety of all the back lot residents it is a safety issue! Please consider this dilemma. Thank you for your time.nnThe pond is a never ending problem during the spring and summer that often gets forgotten about or put off until “later”. It should have at least 2 people to care for it 1-2 times a week!nIt is a great attraction feature of Troy Farms.nIt should be cared for as such! Please fix the sprinklers and KEEP THEM WORKING!!! Itnwould be gratefully appreciated. Thank you!

The manager is awesome. The snow removal not so good. Ive been in this one bedroom I think 3 years and no one has changed the furnace filter as of yet. Lawncare could step it up with detailing. People keeping too much stuff on patios and decks that really looks bad.nAll in all I do like living here, but there is much room for improvements.

Beautiful homes as well as atmosphere! Linda in the office is phenomenal and always helpful and real with you. My boyfriend and I love Troy Farms! (except our strange neighbor)
