During an overall time that has proven challenging beyond measure for all of society and local markets, Heather and her team were absolute grace under pressure with laser focus on the goal. I’m just so impressed with Heather and her team and their professionalism and skill. Heather Kamann you and your team earned 5 stars and I would give 10 if I could. Not to mention your community partner contractors and service providers; each one provided a detailed estimate, each showed up when they said they would, each completed spec work within timeframe and quote. Gold standard all around.

Working with Cindy Marks at Heather’s agency was a fantastic experience. We relocated from out of state and Cindy made sure to make the most of our time when we came to look at potential homes. We highly recommend Heather Kamann and Cindy Marks as realtors and would definitely use them again. Our home was listed a couple of weeks prior to the Covid-19 stay-at-home order issued in March that put a stop to open houses and private showings. During that time, Cindy worked the phones, had a videographer produce an online tour and gathered feedback that led to staging our home differently. Once the stay-at-home order was lifted, Cindy immediately had an open house on the schedule, provided masks and other personal protective equipment to ensure the safety of others and we received an offer, which we accepted, the day following the open house. The marketing material that Heather and Cindy offer clients is significantly better than that offered by other realtors. If you are seeking a team to be your partner with the sale of your home, the level of professionalism, knowledge and follow through that Heather and Cindy provide will surely exceed your expectations, too.
