Danielle was such asset to buying a Maronda home. Really down to earth. Can't wait to move in!nnNow that I am in, I can really appreciate all her assistance with lighting. Her suggestions made a huge improvement.

The home and community are beautiful. I'm very pleased with the house including the floor plan and extra details that were put in place. Being a first time new build buyer, I'm not sure what to expect when closing on the house. The date has been changed three times, and as of right now, I'm not sure it won't change again. This is especially frustrating due to coordinating movers, buying appliances and arranging temporary living quarters for myself and our family pets. Our sales representative is very difficult to get ahold of which is one of the sources of frustration for me. Overall, I would buy another Maronda home, but I would definitely be flexible with the closing process.
