My family and I just moved into Silver Maples about a month ago. Everyone has been really great! We wanted to give a big shoutout to Bob, the maintenance man, he has been amazing. There were quite a few things that have needed fixed due to the apartments being old and bad work before Bob got here. If you put in a work order, he is there within the hour and he’s in and out! He goes above and beyond to fix the things that need fixed and he’s just an all around really nice guy! We really appreciate him!

This may be a little long....just a forewarning. Read until the end to understand my rating for 5 stars.nnMy husband and I just recently moved from Florida and searching for places was a nightmare not knowing the area. My husband was here ahead of time because of work so on his 1 day off he would search and search. Then we saw Silver Maple apartments so I set up an appointment and sent my husband to look at it (while I was on FaceTime). It was fairly nice so we decided this is where we would stay until we decide to buy. Wellllll..... then I walked in...all the way from Florida and I was shocked! It wasn’t at all what we looked at and the property manager who I spoke with was no longer here, the next one, who I will not mention was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending! I think she should get a Tony because I’m pretty sure she “acted” the part for this job on her interview!!! Needless to say when I walked in nothing was clean...carpets not scrubbed, there were several issues...and to the MGR’s defense she was not here when we moved in but felt the need to tell us that we were “EXPECTED TO CLEAN” upon move in. I never have had that experience with a “so called professional” then telling me to wait until Monday to call about a leak because it was time for her to leave and since this happened on a Friday....I said “no, this needs to be dealt with now...after she arrived she saw the leak and in a louder than normal voice said “this is what you called me for, this could of waited....do you want out of your lease....I will get you out of it”. It was crazy and very intimidating because of how someone in such a position can act that way and do it in my home that I’m paying rent!!! If I have a problem I track down the maintenance wherever I can find him because I don’t like confrontation and I’m not comfortable speaking with the lease Mgr after this incident.nnNow to the good stuff....(when I first moved in) .I called emergency maintenance (Bob) and I was not happy...imagine driving 1200 miles then you can’t even move in until you clean or things were broken...etc. Bob (the maintenance man) I have to say was pretty awesome right from the start...he has went over and beyond to get what he could done....always polite, eager to listen to problems, down to earth and he does way more than what he is probably expected to do showing great integrity for the company. He has been apologetic for things that were out of his control which should of been the MGR’s but again she was still too busy playing her part in a drama scene to be bothered by our problems....and because of this I called corporate! I couldn’t believe the change...night and day....I spoke with Tammy Potts who is the C.O.O or C.E.O and she was absolutely amazing and professional saying this isn’t their standard and took care of things immediately! First of all I couldn’t believe how understanding she was being in her position and not handing me off to someone else. She really cares!!! Huge shout out to her (thank you so much) and also to the new district Mgr Krystal who is very professional and friendly as well who took the time to help with whatever we needed get done. She came over introduced herself and here in the beginning I thought I was going to be miserable and stuck out of state and at place I hated... away from everything and everyone I know however these 3 people changed my whole outlook by just listening to my problems and reaching out to make them better instantly! I just want to sincerely thank Tammy, Krystal and Bob again for going out of your way and making us feel at home!!! For that I am giving you all 5 stars ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f ⭐ufe0f for the hospitality you showed us and fixing the issues that needed to be fixed!

As a leasing agent, Promptness & customer service are key in this industry! I would just like to say how pleased I was to work with Gina the property manger. She was swift & prompt in her responses & helpful in every possible way! I would highly recommend this property, purely for the fact that the office staff is so easy to work with!

Honestly, this was one of the worst apartment tours I have had. The receptionist was rude, got louder with every question that I asked as if she was irritated, and would not wait for me to get out of my car to start walking back to the apartment. It was not a clean community, no amenities, and overall wreaked of marijuana or cigarette smoke in both apartments that she showed. A receptionists job is to make this a calm and close to relaxing event.... All that I received or felt was stress, irritation, and lack of patients.... I wish things were better here because the area surrounding is so welcoming.
