Poor customer service! This morning I was in their drive thru and sat there for at least 5 minutes and nobody ever answered so I pulled up to the window and the lady was like what do you need, I said to place an order I was waiting for several minutes and nobody responded and I wasn't sure if it was working, she told me she had a customer inside. I was like OK can I place my order now she was VERY RUDE and said I could drive back around to the drive thru and wait. So I just left and will NEVER be back!

I eat there everyday love the turkey sandwich with sub spice and the workers are very nice every time I'm in there!!! And it's always very clean!!!

Didn't get what I ordered and the employee I spoke to argued with me instead of just correcting the order. Disappointed that this is my local Subway.

Very poor customer service! Got all the way back home and found that my sandwich was not correct so I called and said that I would be returning to the store to get it fixed. When I get there instead of fixing the sandwich the guy just wanted to argue that it was prepared right so I just got a refund and saved my breath. Will not be going back to this location ever again.

If you need a subway-don’t use this one. Rude. Will argue with you. Don’t ask for extra stuff, like onions-on your sandwich-they won’t accommodate. Refuses substitutions. Dirty. Drive the extra mile to the other ones in Frankfort-they are friendlier and awesome-this one doesn’t even deserve a 1 star. I watched one day where the woman asked if she could have bologna instead of the turkey on a sandwich-the guy was rude and yelled no substitutions! We asked for extra olives one day on a sandwich and were told-no-no extras!
