I've been very pleased with Blue Sky since I switched from another wash back in the fall last year. However, lately I've been visiting the Delaware, OH location right of 23 just north of 315 and it's been trashy, muddy, and low on products. The past few times I went through the wash it didn't provide the services that my subscription provides. Especially the tire shine. I do understand there is quite a bit of construction going on in their location and it's hard to keep the mud etc out but maybe the owner should complain to the construction crew to clean up every so often. It's pretty upsetting when you just washed your car and it gets mud right back on your vehicle. Also, there is a lot of trash right when you exit the wash. The workers should stay on top of that. Otherwise it's a decent wash but just the location at the moment sucks.

I returned from a vacation and needed to wash my truck and sweep it out. It was Easter so I double checked the hours on the website and it had a list of days it was closed but Easter was not on the list. When I arrived I found they were closed. I was not very happy. I went home, cancelled my membership and washed my truck at home. A little respect for your customer's time would be appreciated by taking your time to update your website. I will say that Ninja car wash down the street gets my vehicle cleaner and does a 100 percent better on my wheels than Blue Sky. Ninjas vaccums are better too.

Great wash. I use it weekly. The guys guide you through and it cleans well. Love the three locations I use.nPlain City could use one.

Car wash should be cheaper for the quality it’s offering. Have taken multiple vehicles there and they never really come out clean. Tailgates are never done properly. Bug residue left on the windshield. Dryers don’t dry well enough. Tires and wheels get done mediocre.nnAddl problems:nCar wash knocks out endcaps on my wife’s roof cross bars requiring replacement. Wife couldn’t get the electronic reader to read her plate requiring her to get a sticker.nnQuality of the wash here is not on par with many of these places that appear to have much simpler equipment and charge less.nnIf you want to pay these prices, go down 23 to the Ninja Express car wash where they do a much higher quality job in every regard.

The car wash itself is fine, but I cancelled the monthly service and am unable to get the sticker off the windshield - it's on with super strong glue and they placed it in a very hard to reach location, now I'm stuck with an ugly 2/3 of a ripped sticker on my windshield. Also, their website doesn't work, so 2 stars for a lot of aggravation in trying to cancel the monthly service.nIn reply about the website, it seems to work on chrome but not firefox, so to be fair, it works for some browsers
