This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! For the past 1 1/2 has been TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I mom has been catching HELL living at this place. I can't wait for her to move. She has mold in the bathroom she's called about it several times. When they do decide to come out (months later) all they do is cover it up and it reappear weeks later. She never can talk to the manager in the office, she's always out to lunch or gone for the day. I just don't understand. Not to mention people from across the street come and dump their trash in their dumpster. Trash be all over the parking lot blowing around. She was extremely upset saying embarrassing it was having company in from out of town for the holiday. Today when I pulled up to visit my mom I could barely get into a parking spot because of all the trash in the lot. This place looks like the projects!!! I can't wait for her to move!!! Please take my word and DO NOT MOVE THERE ITS TERRIBLE!!!! Euclid projects what ashamed!!!

They are unorganized and unprofessional. The only person that was there who was smart, knowledgable, helpful and professional was Dionne and I do beleive she is no longer there. They treat you like a number, they don't think they have to contact you or notify you of anything. They are HUGE LIARS!! They will tell you they've tried contacting you multiple times and never have. They will make a copy of notice that they claimed was given to you, to put in their file, so if taken to court will have documentation to cover themselves. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from them!!!

This place is ridiculous and still here about to move no evictions but dnt care if I got none kids ringing my door bell at night knocking on my doors it's like the projects n I believe I will get more sleep there I'm moving to university heights please dnt move here u will regret it dnt say I didn't tell you so please
