This place is great. I am pretty picky about service and I have been super impressed by the attention to detail the staff has. Any mechanical issue I have had has always been dealt with immediately or even when the team is busy managing other perhaps higher needs, they keep you informed daily on when they expect to assist. Super friendly staff, appreciative of their residents, and considerate of our time and needs.

Jaque is a dream manager! I have never had a manager be so friendly, informative and responsive anywhere I have every lived! So fortunate to be at Redwood! Maintenance by Chris continues to be excellent! Response time is amazingly quick! Work done is always done right with no excuses! Can't say enough about living here! Almost two years of happy living at Redwood in Olmsted Township! If only everyone could be so fortunate! Many thanks for all your hard work and care!

Redwood Olmsted is the best apartment neighborhood ever. Jacque the manager does the most wonderful job managing the property and assisting the residents with any concerns or needs they may have. Chris the maintenance supervisor is responsive and professional. And both are happy, positive, upbeat, and have great senses of humor! The neighbors are wonderful. This is a quiet and tight-knit community where we all look out for each other here at Redwood Olmsted Township. Thank you for all you do for the residents!

Ivan and I are very happy in our home. Jacque is always here to help and answer our questions. She always keeps in touch and makes us feel that we are up to date with changes. We moved in during the pandemic and she made the transition seamless. We are so thankful to have Chris. He responds to our needs with a smile and it's a comfort to know that he is here.

I’ve been at Redwood Olmosted Township for almost three years now and overall I am very pleased to be here. One of the best things here is the maintenance manager, Chris. Chris has been amazing! He is so helpful and respectful, and I know the work will be done in a timely and efficient manner. The merger Jackie, she’s been great helpful all the tmie. Thank you to everyone who made my time at Redwood amazing!! Would recommend 10/10
